Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), stay dates, number of guests, message. Purpose: respond to the request. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6.1.b (pre-contractual measures). Retention: 24 months from last contact.
• Anonymous analytics: visited page, traffic source (referrer/UTM), random sessionId (UUID v4 in localStorage, 30-day expiry), userAgent, IP (anonymized in aggregates). Purpose: site usage statistics. Legal basis: art. 6.1.f (legitimate interest, statistics). Retention: 13 months.
• Technical cookies: only essential. No third-party profiling cookies.
• Google Maps embed: Google may record your IP. See Google Privacy Policy.

Email delivery (Resend)

Booking confirmation emails are delivered through Resend Inc. (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified / Standard Contractual Clauses). Only data necessary for delivery is shared.

Your rights

You can exercise the rights under GDPR articles 15-22 (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
